John Candia Massey

John first started developing luxury homes in 2003. Originally concentrating on frontline properties on the South West of the island, today his focus is increasingly urban, more specifically, redeveloping unique houses in the highly sought after neighbourhoods of Palma.

In contrast to his beginnings, building new homes, ‘this new path is more challenging but equally more rewarding as each project is totally unique’. Given each property needs its own bespoke solution, John has made a habit of reaching out to the best in the field of design with the aim to give them carte blanche so that no compromises are made and therefore what drives the project is the design which invariably is not the easiest route.

Ignacio is an outstanding architect with over thirty years experience. He possesses a flawless portfolio of work across the island of Mallorca and has also designed projects in Barcelona, Madrid and Budapest amongst others.

Ignacio delivers the highest standards in architectural design solutions, paying particular attention to sustainability and bespoke energy solutions such as thermal and acoustic isolation and works in context to the landscape.

The owners that Ignacio designs for often prefer to keep their privacy and some of his most memorable projects have included a cutting-edge property for a renowned sculptor in the Mallorcan countryside, a stunning contemporary style property on a cliff overlooking the Mediterranean sea and a bespoke family home on the island of Formentor. Each project is the result of close collaboration with his clients to deliver homes that are bespoke to their needs and aspirations. Ignacio believes that architecture holds the possibility of transforming day to-day lives, so by taking advantage of the light and the climate of Majorca is something of key importance to his designs. 

David McGuinness

David began his property journey in 2016 and has since assumed the roles of investor and developer in Ireland, the UK and Mallorca of course. This variety of industry experience allows him to effectively communicate Besuto’s internal goals to our investors, partners and the wider market.

Arianna has been involved in the creative industry for over 30 years from Fashion to Fabric and Furniture. Her interior design offerings are in Mallorca, Ibizia, London and Paris delivering exceptional high standard homes.

Annika Zetterman

Annika is the founder and designer at Zetterman Garden Design, creating gardens with a Scandinavian ethos throughout the Nordics and beyond, with projects in Sweden, Spain, France, Switzerland and in the UK.

Zetterman Garden Design is an award winning practice, honoured with a Silver Award in the 2020 APLD International Landscape Design Awards program, in the USA. Annika is also the author of the book ‘New Nordic Garden, Scandinavian Landscape Design’ published in 2017 and in 2021 (Thames & Hudson). Zetterman Garden Design creates inspiring gardens and landscapes with integrity and quality, through a strong Scandinavian design ethos where simplicity, functionality and delicacy are central words in their creations.
